Port of Ogdensburg Commerce Park

 

Commerce Park is a 100+ acre light-industrial park located at the foot of the Ogdensburg-Prescott International Bridge. The industrial park is ideally situated to serve markets in both the Northeastern United States and Canada. The park is home to many Canadian firms who have discovered that Ogdensburg is a strategic location to locate a nearby U.S. satellite operation, opening up new opportunities for U.S. contracts. The Authority operates the Port of Ogdensburg Heavy-Industrial Park. The park contains over 200 acres of land that are fully-serviced with utilities and roads. Over 100 acres are available for immediate development.
