  • Commerce Park

Commerce Park is a 100+ acre light-industrial park located at the foot of the Ogdensburg-Prescott International Bridge. The industrial park is ideally situated to serve markets in both the northeastern United States and Canada.

The park is home to many Canadian firms who have discovered that Ogdensburg is a strategic location to locate a nearby U.S. satellite operation, opening up new opportunities for U.S. contracts. Our local development team has assisted numerous Canadian firms with setting up a U.S. facility. Please call if we can help you get started in the U.S. market.

  • Heavy Industrial Park Enter description here.

The Authority operates the Port of Ogdensburg Heavy-Industrial Park. The park contains over 200 acres of land that are fully-serviced with utilities and roads. Over 100 acres are available for immediate development.

  • Business Opportunities
Ogdensburg is an attractive location for data centers and data processing businesses. Safe, cost-effective, offering reliable services, and close to the major metropolitan areas in the eastern United States and Canada.
Canadian companies wanting to tap this huge market can easily set up operations across the border in Ogdensburg, where they will enjoy cost savings compared to Ontario or Quebec, while remaining close to their Canadian operations.
Over the last decade the number of secondary wood products establishments in Ogdensburg and St. Lawrence County has grown, even as the industry declined throughout much of Canada and the northeastern states. New businesses are lured by low costs and abundant forest resources.
With its proximity to diverse, locally-produced, and high-quality agricultural products and abundant water supplies, Ogdensburg offers a location that is well-suited for food and beverage production.
The Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority (“OBPA”) is soliciting proposals for the development of an available commercial real estate site in Ogdensburg, New York.
